春のシェラトンは「瀬戸内・淡路島フェア」と題して、瀬戸内の春の訪れを慶ぶ桜鯛や明石蛸など淡路島を始めとする瀬戸内の新鮮な魚介の他、滋味豊かな春の旬野菜など地元兵庫各地から届く魅力溢れる食材の数々をシェフが多彩な料理にアレンジ。各レストランともに趣向を凝らしたお料理で皆様のお越しをお待ちしています。
In this spring season, Kobe Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers holds "Setouchi & Awaji Island Fair". During this period, our chef cook various cuisine using the fresh seafood from Setouchi & Awaji Island such as cherry anthias, Akashi octopus and also a various nutritious seasonal vegetables from Hyogo prefecture. All staff of each restaurant are waiting for you with a variety of cuisine.
