The Sheraton Marche shop features fresh vegetables from Awaji Island and other local areas, Chef’s choice selection of vegetables and fruits, processed foods made from local ingredients, Kobe Bay Sheraton homemade breads and sweets, and original sweets and special products from 8 Sheraton group hotels in Japan.
The cafe corner serves fresh salad, breads and soup at a popular price.

7月＆8月のシェラトン味覚フェアは「涼フェア」と題して、暑い夏にぴったりな爽やかで彩り鮮やかなお料理を各レストランでご用意。中でも中国料理「翠亨園」では、料理長の特製「涼麺」が大人気。醤油風味のタレを味わうと、アイスクリーム状の特製ごまダレが溶け出し温泉卵との絶妙なハーモニーを惹き出します。2度、3度と味の変化を楽しめる、他にはない料理長自信の一品です。ぜひお召上がり下さい。
Summer fair “Ryo Fair“ is held in July and August at each restaurant.
Chinese restaurant Suikyo-en features a Chef recommended new-style Chinese cold noodles. Come enjoy the blend of soy sauce, sesame sauce and poached egg.
